About

Using group Personal Training and your own bodyweight over the next 28 days we will kick start your journey into becoming a stronger and fitter person. With the right nutritional guidance you can lose weight or build some muscle depending on your goals. I have included a 7 day healthy eating plan, adjust calories depending on goals, I have also added a recipe book to give you some extra ideas of healthy meals. Group Personal Training is every Sunday morning at 10am.
